PHILLIP WOLF PRODUCER | DIRECTOR | EDITOR | WRITER

BIOGRAPHY

Phillip Wolf discovered his interest in video production when he received his first camcorder in 1990 as a Christmas gift from his parents, a Panasonic OmniMovie VHS PV-610. He created short films throughout high school and edited them in-camera since he had no editing software. Wolf graduated with honors at The Art Institute of Dallas in 2008. In 2011, he incorporated his production company, Wolf Entertainment Productions, and began working on his first documentary feature. In 2012, he completed a short pilot episode to Silent Cries, winning first place in the health category during the 2012 Awareness Film Fest in Los Angeles, CA. After several crowdfunding campaigns, Wolf raised funds needed to complete the feature production to Silent Cries: Breaking Through CHD Awareness, a seven-year passion project about congenital heart defects (CHD) in children and adults. The film was an international winning documentary feature during the 2019 Lift-Off Sessions in London, England, with the trailer screening at the British film and television studio at Pinewood Studios. The film is now available to rent or own on Amazon Prime Video. Wolf has always had a love for writing. He published a few books, with the most recent a children’s storybook titled Jeremiah the CHD Aware Bear and Friends. His books are inspirations from his documentary. He is currently polishing the final draft of a new novel, Jack Stinger and the Haunting of Whitlock Manor, slated for an early 2022 release. In addition to writing and producing independent movies and short films, Wolf’s other work experiences include management in retail and supervisor within the live event industry for entertainment, corporate, and industrial events. He is a certified FAA Part 107 commercial drone pilot and recently added to his portfolio 3D tours, photography, and video for real estate.
